Thursday will be my last day of birth control; I am very excited one less tablet to take. As of right now I am on 3 prenatal’s, 2 baby aspirins, 1 folic acid, b12 and birth control. I am more excited about eliminating another pill then anything else that’s going on. These pills are honestly annoying to take every morning, although, they have no taste and are the best thing for me.

Nevertheless, I am a skinny person but I have an irregular bowel movement. I’m sorry in advance that I am sharing with you but there is a reason why. I tried numerous prenatal and they make me even more constipated except for the one I am taking now. Garden of life KIND Organics Prenatal Multi they are remarkable. I think all garden of life products are amazing. I also take their B12 spray in raspberry, which taste soo yummy.
