Here is step by step how my injection is done in the morning.
Step 1:
Please make sure your hands are washed before starting.
Step 2:
If this is your first time your bottle should look like that.
Brand New:

Step 3:
Break off the cap to make sure it’s new as shown in the picture.
Step 4:
With Lupron you would need a brand new 29 gauge with a 1/2-inch needle length syringe every time.

Step 5:
For sanitary reasons please wipe the top every time.

Step 6:
After removing the orange cap I feel like in order for your injections to be easygoing you should pull back and forth few time to make it easier. That’s just my opinion.
Step 7:
Watch out for those bubbles! But don’t be scared you can always tap them out.
Using your index finger tap on the syringe few time so the bubbles could rise to the top.

Step 8:
Once the bubbles are on top push just a little to get them out.

Step 9:
Now you are ready to inject!
As seen in the picture two fingers or 1 inch from your bellybutton on any side that’s where you would need to inject. Some people recommend pinching with your index and thumb finger a bit of fat to make it easier to inject. I personally don’t like that method I just inject it extremely slow without any squeezing and I don’t have any black and blues.

Good luck everyone.
